Austin James is the executive producer for Altarnate Media, as well as the editor in chief for our company’s published content, bringing in his extensive background in the film industry as a former line producer and production manager. Throughout his formative years, he attended Northwest Christian School, a private institution that played a significant role in shaping his religious education. With a solid foundation in Christianity and Christian apologetics, Austin dedicated himself to countering other faiths and their beliefs - dedicated to proving Christianity was the absolute truth. However, a transformative moment occurred when he decided to subject his own faith to the same scrutiny he used against others. This introspection humbled him and led him on a profound journey. As he delved deeper into his faith, Austin uncovered the true foundation of his beliefs, which he found to be rooted in the Torah. This realization sparked a renewed sense of purpose and a desire to explore the depths of his faith even further. Ultimately, while on a quest for absolute truth regardless of it’s emotional implications, Austin turned to the beliefs and practices of Chassidic Orthodox Judaism. In doing so, Austin found himself walking in the footsteps of Yeshua, and doing so with more clarity.
